Ralph Boswell, owner of Oconee Engineering, graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University in 1993.  He received a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Technology with a structural emphasis and an Associates degree in Architectural Engineering Technology.  Ralph worked from 1994 to 2003 for Robertson/Loia/Roof, P.C. in Atlanta performing structural engineering duties. Currently, Ralph Boswell is registered in Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina.

Ralph is currently forty-three years old and resides in Oconee County with Heather, his wife of sixteen years, and their four children.
